Damnoen Saduak Floating Market

Considered the most famous floating market in Thailand, it is a true cultural experience. 🗓️ Day Schedule for the Markets and Temples Tour in Portuguese

• This tour has a  start at a meeting point and does not include hotel pick-up. It is the participant's responsibility to arrive at the location at the indicated time. Travel expenses to the meeting point are not included in the tour price.

  The times provided for meeting and departure of the tours must be strictly respected. We recommend that you be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance.

  Delays may compromise the experience of other participants and the tour schedule. As this is a shared tour, it is not possible to wait for participants who are not present at the indicated time. 

  👶 Special rates for children

  Up to 4 years: exempt from payment
  From 5 to 11 years: 50% of the total tour price
  From 12 years: full price

  Traveling with children is an opportunity to experience unique moments as a family. We recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, water, and snacks, as well as guiding the little ones about respecting the temples.

  We offer private tours all year round. In this format, you have pick-up and drop-off at the hotel, there is no minimum number of participants required, and the guide is exclusive to your group.

  👕 What to wear for the tour

  It is mandatory to keep shoulders and knees covered for entry into the temples.
  
  ✅ We recommend wearing t-shirts or blouses with sleeves, long dresses, long pants, or skirts below the knees. Light and comfortable clothing, preferably in fabrics like cotton and linen.

  ❌ Sleeveless clothing, tank tops, shorts, short skirts, or items that leave shoulders or knees exposed may prevent access to attractions.

  Wear easy-to-remove shoes, as it will be necessary to take them off in some temples.

  We recommend a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses for protection against the sun.

  In Thailand, many establishments accept cash only. We recommend bringing baht (THB) if you wish to buy drinks, souvenirs, or extra items during the tour.

  💳 Payment methods for this tour

  To secure your reservation, payment is divided into two stages:

  • Pay 1,350 THB Thai baht  now by credit card to secure your reservation
  • Pay the 3,150 THB Thai baht  remaining exclusively in cash in baht to the guide on the day of the tour.

  We do not accept real, dollar, Pix, or card for the final payment. Have the exact amount in THB on the day of the tour. The guide does not have change.

  After completing the entry payment, you will be directed to your profile on our website, where you can track the status of your reservation.
  

  In some cases, the card operator may not complete the transaction for security reasons, limit, or payment validation. We recommend tracking the status of the reservation in your profile. If it is not confirmed within 2 hours after payment, please contact our team for verification.

  With the payment confirmed, you will receive by email and WhatsApp all the necessary instructions, operational information, and confirmations needed for your tour.

  If your reservation is for the next 48 hours, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp to check availability and expedite service.

  📋 Cancellation policy

  ▶ For payments confirming the reservation (deposits):
  Amounts paid to secure the reservation are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.

  ▶ For full payments made in advance:
  Cancellations made up to 7 days in advance are refunded 90% of the amount paid.

  ▶ Rescheduling

  Requests for rescheduling made at least 72 hours in advance may be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability. If there are no spots available for the same schedule and language, our team may offer compatible alternatives, including other dates, programs, or available languages.

  Requests made with 48 hours or less notice, including changes, cancellations, or rescheduling, will not be entitled to a refund, rescheduling, credit, or financial compensation.

  ▶ No Show (failure to appear)

  Failure to appear at the meeting point at the indicated time, as well as missing the boarding due to delay, will be considered no show, with no right to refund, rescheduling, credit for another tour, or financial compensation. In these cases, it will not be possible to request that the guide wait, arrange another meeting point, or join the tour after the activities have started.

  ▶ Rain does not constitute a cancellation condition

  The occurrence of rain does not constitute a cancellation condition. Thailand has a tropical climate, and it is common for quick rains to occur throughout the day, especially during the monsoon season. Tours continue to operate normally in case of rain, as long as safety conditions allow for their execution.

  ▶ Maritime Tours

  Maritime operations follow exclusively the daily assessments of the Thai Navy, responsible for issuing official guidance on navigation, safety, and sea stability. Only in case of a formal alert of adverse maritime conditions may the tour be suspended, altered, or rescheduled.

  The occurrence of rain at the hotel, in the departure city, or during part of the route does not necessarily mean that the tour will be canceled. Weather conditions can vary significantly between regions, islands, and maritime areas.

  Tours are subject to the operational and safety conditions defined by the local operator responsible for the activity. In case of changes, interruptions, or non-continuation of the tour, the applicable guidance and procedures will be communicated directly by the responsible team on site.

  If there is an official determination that prevents the departure of vessels, our team will contact you to inform you of the applicable procedures. In case of cancellation by the operator (e.g., operational issues or force majeure), a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost will be offered.

  People with mobility limitations must inform us in advance before booking. Some boat tours may not be recommended or permitted, according to the rules and operational conditions of the companies responsible for navigation and boarding. 

  For safety reasons and according to the rules of local operators, pregnant women and people over 70 years old cannot participate in tours conducted on speedboats.

  ▶ Holiday Dates and Refund Conditions

  New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, and Lantern Festival do not have refunds, even in case of full payment.

  Other dates may be included according to the local calendar. In cases that fall under these exceptions, there will be no refund.

  In addition, attractions, temples, monuments, parks, and visitation areas may have access limited, suspended, or altered by local authorities without prior notice due to religious ceremonies, official events, celebrations, visits from authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond the agency's control.

  In these situations, our team may make adaptations to the itinerary, change the order of visits, or propose compatible alternatives, always seeking to preserve the best possible experience for participants.

  ▶ Participant Conduct

  The company reserves the right to remove from the tour any participant who exhibits inappropriate, offensive, aggressive behavior, jeopardizes the safety of the group, or fails to comply with the team's guidance. In these cases, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
