Chinatown (Yaowarat)

Chinatown at night is another city. Lights, movement, and a mix of smells that you won't find anywhere else in Bangkok. It is the largest Chinese neighborhood outside of China and one of the most vibrant in the city.

Pad Thai Fai Ta Lu - Michelin Recommendation

One of the tastiest stops on the tour. You get to try the famous Pad Thai from the Pad Thai Fai Ta Lu restaurant, recognized by the Michelin Guide for its reinterpretation of one of Thailand's most traditional dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and lots of flavor.

Flower Market

Open 24 hours, this market shows a more authentic side of Thai culture. You see up close how the arrangements used in Buddhist temples are made, with intense colors and that characteristic smell of fresh flowers.

Sky Bar Sirocco

The tour includes a mandatory stop at the famous Sky Bar Sirocco, the setting for the movie “The Hangover Part II” and one of the highest rooftops in the world, over 240 meters tall. Consumption at the Sky Bar is mandatory and not included in the tour price.

After the Sky Bar, you can choose:

After visiting the Sky Bar, you can choose to return to the hotel or be dropped off at Khao San Road.

Important: if you choose to end at Khao San Road, the tour concludes at this point, without guide accompaniment and the return to the hotel is the client's responsibility.

If you choose to end the tour at Khao San Road, the return to the hotel is not included and will be the participant's responsibility.

END OF GUIDED TOUR

The tour has a pre-established route, ending at the scheduled return time, at the hotel of origin. The guide's accompaniment ends at the agreed time for passengers to board the tuk tuk that will take them back to the hotel. However, it is optional for the client to extend their time visiting the Sky Bar and conclude the tour. In this case, the guide's accompaniment and tuk tuk are terminated at that point, with the return to the hotel being the responsibility and exclusive cost of the participant, with no agency responsibility for the route, safety, or any incidents after that moment. 

The times, order of visits, and duration at each stop may change according to the operational conditions of the day.

Consumption at the Sky Bar is not included in the tour price. The prices, access rules, dress code, and minimum consumption are defined exclusively by the establishment and may change without notice.

In case of rain, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons. If the cancellation occurs before the start of the activity, a full refund will be made. If the tour has already started, any refund will be partial and proportional to the activities carried out, as assessed by the responsible operator.

           From the arrival at Khao San Road, the guide no longer accompanies and the return to the hotel is the client's responsibility.

  The times provided for meeting and departure must be strictly adhered to. We recommend that you be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance.

  Delays may compromise the experience of other participants and the tour schedule. As this is a shared tour, it is not possible to wait for participants who are not present at the specified time.

  • The Tuk Tuk Exclusive does not have a child discount and is only allowed for children over 7 years old. For reservations with children, please contact our team.

  🚐  Transportation and number of people

  Minimum of 2 people for the shared tour. Private Tuk Tuk for each couple, even on shared tours.

  Meetings at stops with the group, accompanied by a Thai guide fluent in Portuguese.

  👥 Private tours

  We offer private tours year-round. In this format, you have pick-up and drop-off at the hotel, there is no minimum participant requirement, and the guide is exclusive to your group.

  👕 What to wear for the tour

  Compliance with the dress code required by the Sirocco Sky Bar: women must wear dresses, skirts, or refined sandals; men must wear a shirt polo or formal, tailored shorts and closed shoes or sandals. FLIP FLOPS, TANK TOPS, SPORTSWEAR, OR TEAM T-SHIRTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Participants who do not comply with the dress code may be denied entry by the establishment, a circumstance beyond the agency's control, and which does not entitle to reimbursement, compensation, or repetition of the service. 

  In Thailand, many establishments accept cash only. We recommend bringing baht (THB) if you wish to buy drinks, souvenirs, or extra items during the tour.

  💳 Payment methods for this tour

  To secure your reservation, payment is divided into two stages:

  • Pay 990 THB Thai baht  now by credit card to secure your reservation
  • Pay the 2,310 THB Thai baht  remaining exclusively in cash in baht to the guide on the day of the tour.

  We do not accept real, dollar, Pix, or card for the final payment. Please have the exact amount in THB on the day of the tour. The guide does not have change.

  After completing the entrance payment, you will be directed to your profile on our website, where you can track the status of your reservation.
  

  In some cases, the card operator may not complete the transaction for security reasons, limit, or payment validation. We recommend tracking the status of the reservation in your profile. If it is not confirmed within 2 hours after payment, please contact our team for verification.

  With the payment confirmed, you will receive via email and WhatsApp all the necessary instructions, operational information, and confirmations for your tour.

  📋 Cancellation policy

  ▶ For confirmation deposit payments:
  Amounts paid to secure the reservation are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.

  ▶ For full advance payments:
  Cancellations made up to 7 days in advance will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.

  ▶ Rescheduling

  Requests for rescheduling made with a minimum of 72 hours in advance may be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability. If there are no spots available for the same schedule and language, our team may offer compatible alternatives, including other dates, programs, or available languages.

  Requests made with 48 hours or less in advance, including changes, cancellations, or rescheduling, will not be entitled to refund, rescheduling, credit, or financial compensation.

  ▶ No Show (failure to appear)

  Failure to appear at the meeting point at the indicated time, as well as missing the boarding due to delay, will be considered no show, without the right to refund, rescheduling, credit for another tour, or financial compensation. In these cases, it will not be possible to request that the guide wait, arrange another meeting point, or join the tour after the activities have started.

  ▶ Rain does not constitute a cancellation condition

  The occurrence of rain does not constitute a cancellation condition. Thailand has a tropical climate, and it is common for quick rains to occur throughout the day, especially during the monsoon season. Tours continue to operate normally in case of rain, as long as safety conditions allow for its realization.

  If a tour is interrupted after it starts due to adverse weather conditions or by determination of the competent authorities, any partial refund will be subject to the responsible operator's analysis. The decision will consider the route already completed, the services effectively provided, and the operational conditions at the time of interruption.

  ▶ Maritime Tours

  Maritime operations follow exclusively the daily assessments of the Thai Navy, responsible for issuing official guidelines on navigation, safety, and sea stability. Only in case of a formal alert of adverse maritime conditions may the tour be suspended, altered, or rescheduled.

  The occurrence of rain at the hotel, in the departure city, or during part of the route does not necessarily mean that the tour will be canceled. Weather conditions can vary significantly between regions, islands, and maritime areas.

  Tours are subject to the operational and safety conditions defined by the local operator responsible for the activity. In case of changes, interruptions, or non-continuation of the tour, the applicable guidelines and procedures will be communicated directly by the responsible team on-site.

  If there is an official determination that prevents the departure of vessels, our team will contact you to inform the applicable procedures. In case of cancellation by the operator (e.g., operational issues or force majeure), a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost will be offered.

  People with mobility limitations must inform us in advance before booking. Some boat tours may not be recommended or permitted, according to the rules and operational conditions of the companies responsible for navigation and boarding. 

  For safety reasons and according to the rules of local operators, pregnant women and people over 70 years old cannot participate in tours conducted on speedboats.

  ▶ Holiday Dates and Refund Conditions

  New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, and Lantern Festival do not have refunds, even in case of full payment.

  Other dates may be included according to the local calendar. In cases that fall under these exceptions, there will be no refund.

  Additionally, attractions, temples, monuments, parks, and visitation areas may have access limited, suspended, or altered by local authorities without prior notice due to religious ceremonies, official events, celebrations, visits from authorities, weather conditions, or other occurrences beyond the agency's control.

  In these situations, our team may make adaptations to the itinerary, change the order of visits, or propose compatible alternatives, always seeking to preserve the best possible experience for participants.

  ▶ Participant Conduct

  The company reserves the right to remove from the tour any participant who exhibits inappropriate, offensive, aggressive behavior, jeopardizes the safety of the group, or disregards the team's instructions. In these cases, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
