Our complete experience on the Luxury Night Cruise in Bangkok
6:00 PM – Check-in
Arrival at River City Shopping Complex, Si Phraya, at La Grande Perle Restaurant, Pier 3 – Gate 2.
7:20 PM – Boarding
Boarding the cruise, one of the most luxurious cruises on the Chao Phraya River. The Thai crew welcomes you with a special cocktail and warm smiles, ensuring a typical Thai cultural reception.
7:30 PM – Start of the Cruise
Departure from the River City pier. During the navigation, enjoy the spectacular view of the illuminated temples and palaces. The captain will navigate the boat upstream, passing by the two most impressive nighttime icons of Bangkok:
Wat Arun – The Temple of Dawn, with its illuminated structure reflecting on the river.
The Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew – The Royal Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, one of the most sacred sites in Thailand.
After the opportunity to take amazing photos of these landmarks, the cruise returns to the River City Shopping Complex, allowing passengers to enjoy the beautiful city lights reflecting on the river.
Dinner Under the Moon
The dinner is served under the moonlight, in an elegant setting with live music and a traditional Thai dance show. The buffet includes a variety of Thai and international dishes, as well as a sushi corner prepared by experienced chefs, providing a sophisticated dining experience.
9:30 PM – Return to the Pier
Arrival at the River City Pier, concluding a memorable night. The crew bids farewell, thanking you for sharing this special moment. We are certain that this experience will be marked in your trip to Thailand.

Delays may compromise the experience of other participants and the tour schedule. As this is a shared tour, it is not possible to wait for participants who are not present at the indicated time.

Light and comfortable clothing, preferably in fabrics like cotton and linen.
In Thailand, many establishments accept cash only. We recommend bringing baht (THB) if you wish to purchase alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, or extra items during the tour.
💳 Payment methods for this tour
The cruise reservation is made upon full payment in advance by credit card. Administrative fees and taxes may apply to the final amount.
After completing the payment, you will be directed to your profile on our website, where you can track the status of your reservation.
In some cases, the card issuer may not complete the transaction for security reasons, limits, or payment validation. We recommend tracking the reservation status in your profile. If it is not confirmed within 2 hours after payment, please contact our team for verification.
With the payment confirmed, you will receive by email and WhatsApp all the necessary instructions, operational information, and confirmations needed for your tour.

📋 Cancellation policy
▶ For reservation confirmation payments (deposits):
Amounts paid to secure the reservation are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.
▶ For full advance payments:
Cancellations made up to 7 days in advance receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.
▶ Rescheduling
Requests for rescheduling made at least 72 hours in advance may be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability. If there are no spots for the same schedule and language, our team may offer compatible alternatives, including other dates, programs, or available languages.
Requests made with 48 hours or less notice, including changes, cancellations, or rescheduling, will not be entitled to refund, rescheduling, credit, or financial compensation.
▶ No Show (failure to appear)
Failure to appear at the meeting point at the indicated time, as well as missing the boarding due to delay, will be considered no show, with no right to refund, rescheduling, credit for another tour, or financial compensation. In these cases, it will not be possible to request that the guide wait, arrange another meeting point, or join the tour after the activities have started.
▶ Rain does not constitute a cancellation condition
The occurrence of rain does not constitute a cancellation condition. Thailand has a tropical climate and it is common for quick rains to occur throughout the day, especially during the monsoon season. Tours continue to operate normally in case of rain, as long as safety conditions allow for its execution.
▶ Maritime Tours
Maritime operations follow exclusively the daily assessments of the Thai Navy, responsible for issuing official guidance on navigation, safety, and sea stability. Only in the case of a formal alert of adverse maritime conditions may the tour be suspended, altered, or rescheduled.
The occurrence of rain at the hotel, in the departure city, or during part of the route does not necessarily mean that the tour will be canceled. Weather conditions can vary significantly between regions, islands, and maritime areas.
Tours are subject to the operational and safety conditions defined by the local operator responsible for the activity. In case of changes, interruptions, or non-continuation of the tour, the applicable guidance and procedures will be communicated directly by the responsible team on site.
If there is an official determination that prevents the departure of vessels, our team will contact you to inform the applicable procedures. In case of cancellation by the operator (e.g., operational issues or force majeure), a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost will be offered.
People with mobility limitations must inform us in advance before making a reservation. Some boat tours may not be recommended or permitted, according to the rules and operational conditions of the companies responsible for navigation and boarding.
For safety reasons and according to the rules of local operators, pregnant women and people over 70 years old cannot participate in tours conducted on speedboats.
▶ Holiday Dates and Refund Conditions
New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, and Lantern Festival do not have refunds, even in case of full payment.
Other dates may be included according to the local calendar. In cases that fall under these exceptions, there will be no refund.
In addition, attractions, temples, monuments, parks, and visitation areas may have access limited, suspended, or altered by local authorities without prior notice due to religious ceremonies, official events, celebrations, visits from authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond the agency's control.
In these situations, our team may make adaptations to the itinerary, change the order of visits, or propose compatible alternatives, always seeking to preserve the best possible experience for participants.
▶ Participant Conduct
The company reserves the right to remove from the tour any participant who exhibits inappropriate, offensive, aggressive behavior, jeopardizes the safety of the group, or fails to comply with the team's guidance. In these cases, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
